Times are counted from payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 pm on working days are packed and dispatched the same day.

Free shipping over €60 is intended for private orders delivered within mainland Spain. Professional and volume orders are quoted separately: write to us and we will prepare a tailored transport rate, which at volume usually works out better than the table above.
At checkout, select your shipping zone so the correct rate applies.
Once payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email. When the order is dispatched you will receive a second email with the tracking number.
For any question about the status of your order, write to us at hola@oionatura.com quoting your order number.
If the carrier cannot deliver the order, they will leave a notice so a new delivery can be arranged or the parcel collected from a depot. If the order is returned to sender for reasons attributable to the recipient (wrong address, refused delivery, prolonged absence), redelivery costs are borne by the buyer.
If the order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, note it on the carrier’s delivery note and tell us within 24 hours, with photographs, at hola@oionatura.com.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return it without giving a reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card via Stripe). How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, generally between 3 and 10 working days from when we process it.
If you receive a faulty product, or one different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of receipt at hola@oionatura.com with photographs of the product. OIO Natura will arrange collection and send the correct product at no extra cost.
